BLUE AGAVE


Among the most prestigious plants of the Mexican landscape we find the Weber Blue Agave, characterized by its thick, fleshy, blue-green leaves with a rosette form and ending in sharp spines.

This variety of Agave contains 75% of carbohydrates, from which we find dextroses, dextrins, starch, and fructooligosaccharides; being the main material for the elaboration of different products like Syrup and Inulin.

Organic Agave Syrup


A 100% natural sweetener extracted from the Organic Blue Agave's juice, which is purified by thermal hydrolysis until a syrup of 75° Bx. is obtained. It is produced from the carbohydrates present in the Blue Agave's head.

Organic Agave Syrup Raw


A 100% natural sweetener extracted from the Organic Blue Agave's juice, in which elaboration process the temperature does not exceed 50°C - 60°C conserving the highest amount of nutrients. During the purification stage, the sugars evaporate resulting in a 75 ° Bx. syrup.

Organic Agave Syrup Ultra


A 100% natural sweetener with a high content of dietary fiber, it is produced by partial thermal hydrolysis of the fructans from the Organic Blue Agave plant. Usually the fiber content is 50% fiber to maintain a balance between the syrup's flavor and the benefits of the fiber.
