Mieles Campos Azules was founded in 2010 in Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico, the heart of the agave landscape. Here, we established our production plant and concentrate our Organic Weber Blue Agave fields which allow us to keep perfect traceability, elaborate, and deliver our products from their real origin to the most demanding worldwide markets.
During these years, our main characteristic has been having a growing and talented team, formed by qualified and dedicated colleagues that work with high-quality standards and within a strict Food Safety Management System.
As a member of the prestigious Oleomex Group, a leading Mexican industrial corporation for more than 35 years, we support our expertise in the strength and international experience of 11 sister companies dedicated to the production and commercialization of different products, such as edibles oils, margarine, cookies, personal care and derivatives from Organic Blue Agave.

We have implemented the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system at every stage of the product elaboration and distribution process.

Based on ISO 17025 regulation, we have two laboratories to ensure the quality and safety of our products:
To guarantee the highest quality standards; physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses during the process are done.
To analyze the final product profile and represents our innovation center for product development.
